Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on October 4, 2000 <br /> to grant a Variance of 15 feet from the setback requirements to the water and wetlands. <br /> The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with Cape & Islands Engineering plan <br /> I <br /> entitled"Single Family Residence &Disposal System Prepared for Carl MacDonald, <br /> Hse.No. 165 West Way, Mashpee, Mass., Date: Dec. 9, 1999, Rev: 7/00, Plan No. <br /> 5120999". <br /> I <br /> i <br /> iI <br />
