He <br /> said that the Building Department would not be able to issue a building permit without a a <br /> Special Permit from the ZBA. y <br /> Mr. Borgeson questioned the discrepancy between the ZBA plans and the engineer's <br /> plans. Ms. Frappier indicated that several revisions have been made to the plan since <br /> March 22, 2000. She did not submit revised plans to the ZBA. Amore recent site survey indicates that the basement is not in the 100-year flood <br /> plan. <br /> Mr. Hauck said that the process with FEMA is that if there is a minimal impact from <br /> Flood Zone and there is a section flood zone reaching the property, an individual can <br /> apply to FEMA to fill that area in as mitigation. �. <br /> :IN+' <br />
