The Conservation Commission has also approved <br /> the project. <br /> a <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Mr. <br /> Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Verna Trager—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the rear setback requirements to allow for construction of an addition <br /> to an existing home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 128 Tide Run <br /> (Map 120 Block 118)Mashpee,MA. <br /> rl"ii�I <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that ° <br /> a small Variance.from the rear setback requirements is being requested to allow for an <br /> addition. , <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 4.2 feet from the rear setback requirements, <br /> i, <br /> subject to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 2, 3. McLatch. , Jr.—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-17 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws to allow for removal of a block foundation and installation of a <br /> poured concrete foundation within the same footprint to a pre-existing, non-conforming <br /> home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 63 Riverside Road(Map 120 <br /> Block 1)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> there is a house and a cottage on the subject lot. Plans call for the existing foundation of <br /> the house to be removed and for the house to be elevated by two additional feet with the <br /> installation of a new slab foundation with appropriate supports that conform to the <br /> requirements in the flood zone construction. No changes will be made to the cottage. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to criteria/findings 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and <br /> compliance with plan dated 9/8/00. ,I <br /> ,, <br />
