Mr. Regan seconded: <br /> All agreed. <br /> Hans R. & Joan S. Fritschi—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Mashpee-Wakeby <br /> Pond on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 170 Pimlico Pond Road(Map 2 <br /> Block 3) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. I <br /> J <br /> Mr. Fritschi represented his Petition and stated that plans call for construction of an <br /> 8x16-foot floating dock attached by a ramp to a fixed platform on the shore. The dock <br /> would be removed seasonally in the fall and put back in during the spring. The <br /> Conservation Commission has requested construction of new pressure-treated steps over <br /> the old steps in order to protect the environment. The Conservation Commission has <br /> approved the proposal. i <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to waive the requirement for engineered plans. Mr. Regan seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Mr. <br /> Nelson seconded.
