Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. h <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on III <br /> Wednesday,November 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning i1 <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G.Nelson, Zella E. l <br /> Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan stepped down and left the room. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> l l <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> II �j <br /> stated that plans call for construction of a small 10x6-foot float. The Harbormaster has II j <br /> determined the location of the float. The Conservation Commission has approved the <br /> project. i I' <br /> No comments were received from abutters.
