Cochran V-00-209 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 11 East Road and consists of 5,768 <br /> square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. the proposed addition would be farther away from the northerly lot line than <br /> the present rear corner and would be an improvement to the property. <br /> 2. removal of the cesspool and replacement with a new septic system would be <br /> an improvement to the property and to the neighborhood;therefore, relief may <br /> be granted without detriment to the public good. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> f <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on December 13, <br /> 2000 to grant the following: <br /> 1. a Variance of 3.5 feet from the northerly corner of the existing building to the <br /> sideline. <br /> 2. a Variance of 1.3 feet from the proposed addition to the sideline. <br /> The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with Pesce Engineering&Associates plan <br /> entitled"Proposed Addition& Septic Repair Plan Located at: 11 East Road,Mashpee, <br /> MA., Prepared for David&Diane Cochran, October 28, 2000". <br />
