t� <br /> I <br /> Mashpee Zoning Minutes—December 13, 2000 4 <br /> Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitions and stated <br /> that the Conservation Commission has approved the proposed footprint, subject to <br /> revised landscape plan. The subject, undersized lot has 13,000 square feet of upland. <br /> Septic system restricts placement of the addition. The proposal meets the side setback I` <br /> requirements. A,Variance from the setback requirements to water and wetlands is being 1 <br /> requested. The Petitioner is also requesting a Special Permit to allow for expansion of a <br /> pre-existing, non-conforming dwelling. <br /> ii <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant a Variance of 23 feet, conditioned upon confirmation mpll <br /> from the Conservation Commission that it has approved the landscape agreement. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to same conditions as <br /> Variance. Mr.Nelson seconded.
