'_.t <br /> JJ �� <br /> Mashpee Zoning Minutes—December 13, 2000 8 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> zoning district at 44 Meadowbrook Road(Map 108 Block 130) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Opposition from Seabrook Meadows Association was voiced 11/22/00 Public Hearings. <br /> Continued from 11/22/00 to allow Petitioner opportunity to submit building plans. <br /> tY j <br /> Sitting: Robert G.Nelson, Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E.Elizenberry. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the President of the Seabrook Meadows Association now has no objection to the <br /> proposal. He also said that the abutter most affected by the proposal has no objection to <br /> the proposal. <br /> I � <br /> The Board of Health has approved the project. <br /> Mr. Nelson explained to Mr. Guerrera that the Building Inspector had granted a permit <br /> for work on the back of the house, but had not issued a permit for work to be done on the <br /> front of the house. <br /> Mr. Nelson questioned if the people who had signed the Petition in opposition to the <br /> proposal have now changed their minds. He said that even if the ZBA grants the <br /> Variance, the Petitioner must still receive approval from the Association. Mr. Slavinsky <br /> confirmed that any zoning relief that is granted by the Board still requires Association <br /> approval. <br /> I <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant the Variance of 2 feet on the northeasterly side of the II' . <br /> property, conditioned upon receipt from the Association that it has withdrawn its }< <br /> objection to the proposal. Ms. Elizenberry seconded. All agreed. <br /> Celine R. Ritzo—Requests a Variance from 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary the <br /> front setback requirements to allow for construction of a greenhouse on property located i <br /> in an R-5 zoning district at 16 Candlewood Lane (Map 21 Block 34)Mashpee, MA. 1 , <br /> Owner of record: Angela C. and Rose A. Castoria and Celine R. Ritzo. Continued from <br /> 11/22/00 to allow Petitioner opportunity to submit professional, signed engineer plans. <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. , <br /> Ms. Maribeth Hersey and Ms. Celine Ritzo represented the Petition and submitted <br /> engineered plans. <br /> i 111 l <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> b <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant a Variance of 24.2 feet from the front setback <br /> requirements, subject to plan#J52597 and that placement of the greenhouse is 4j <br /> necessitated by the septic system and there is no other available spot on the lot for its <br /> placement.
