Owner of record: George H. & Phyllis P. Thompson. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, �l{Y; f; a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 22 and December 29, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. z rr A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, January 10, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni,Robert G.Nelson { and Marshall A. Brem. G The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the s provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that the proposal calls for construction of a single-family home on a dirt portion of the road. The road is in excess of 16 feet in width to allow for safe access by Police, Fire and safety apparatus. There is also sufficient overhead clearance to allow for safe access to the road and the proposed home. The Conservation Commission has approved the project. No comments were received from abutters. Q
