Mashpee Zoning Minutes-January 10, 2001 12 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> • a Variance of 418 feet from the frontage requirements. <br /> The Variance is conditioned upon the following: <br /> • that the property shall be used for the retail sale of gasoline, oil and sale of <br /> automotive accessories. <br /> ' • that services provided shall include automotive services,towing services and <br /> automobile inspections, excluding bodywork. <br /> • cigarettes and soda are not to be sold on the subject property in units larger <br /> than the smallest unit sold at a retail store. <br /> ,fir • the offer for sale or rent of automobiles, boats or machines shall not be <br /> allowed on the property. <br /> • compliance with all Design Review Committee recommendations and <br /> requirements. <br /> • that the lighting at the two entrance/exit ways shall be raised in height and <br /> increased in wattage and moved closer to the property line to provide better <br /> b visibility for public safety. <br /> �F- <br /> • that the east driveway shall be modified to allow for perpendicular <br /> entrance/egress to Route 28,provided that the reconfiguration receives <br /> approval from the Massachusetts Highway Department. <br /> • that there shall be a total number of 19 parking spaces. <br /> • that the Petitioner shall post a Landscape Performance Security of$15,000. <br /> Mr. Nelson seconded.
