Elizenberry. <br /> Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> The Mashpee Zonmg Board of Appe <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j <br /> Attorney Robert F. Mills and Architect Fred Giampietro represented the Petition. <br /> Mrs.Bill Chapman, Jr. attended the meetingman <br /> Cha Bill <br /> along with Messrs. David p <br /> Chapman, Sr.,Bill Chapman, Jr. and David Sanicki. <br /> Attorney Mills stated that the proposal meets all of the land space, lot coverage, j <br /> lot frontage and setback requirements. Proposed parking spaces would exceed the <br /> 3 required minimum. The Petitioner will be rendering impervious 45.52% of the lot and a <br /> stormwater management plan has been developed to address that issue. <br /> The Town's Board of Health, Conservation Commission and the Water District <br /> II <br /> have all expressed approval of the project. <br /> I ' <br /> i <br /> Mr. Fred Giampietro spelled out details of the plan. He said that plans call for a <br /> covered porch area and for parking to be screened from Route 151. The reception area <br /> would lead to a landscaped garden. The second floor would include casket display and a <br /> crematorium service option. <br />
