He indicated that his client would <br /> withdraw the Petition as soon as a valid building permit is in hand and construction is <br /> allowed to proceed. The taxes must be taken care of before <br /> any building permits can be issued. <br /> ,II <br /> Attorney Peter M. Daigle represented the Petition. The 33-acre parcel completed an I' ,I <br /> exhaustive one-year review process with the Cape Cod Commission. The Cape Cod �I <br /> Commission determined$685,000 in mitigation costs for the proposed development on <br /> the site. AIong with other conditions the Petitioner will be responsible for re-configuring j <br /> Lowell Road as it connects with Great Neck Road. Mitigation costs in the amount of <br /> $320,000 will be contributed to the Mashpee Watershed on a per-lot basis. <br /> II <br />
