Board Members present <br /> were Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G.Nelson and Associate <br /> Members Zella E. Elizenberry, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Building Commissioner Russell W. Wheeler also attended the meeting. Chairman ,I <br /> Edward M. Govoni and Richard T. Guerrera was not present. I, <br /> i <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS I�' <br /> George H. &Marie A. East Jr.—Request a Modification to Special Permit, SP-00-125, <br /> and Variances, V-00-126 and V-00-200, to allow for the addition of a small deck on a �I <br /> new construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br /> at 22 Wilson's Grove (Map 118 Block 75)Mashpee, MA. <br /> i <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> Mrs. East represented her Petition and stated that she would like to modify plans to <br /> include a deck to the second floor. No other changes are planned. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Modification to the Special Permit. Mr.Nelson <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> i <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Brian D. Casey—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the land space requirements and to combine two lots into one to allow <br /> for a commercial structure with an office and storage space for commercial vehicles and I ' <br /> equipment on properties located in a C-2 zoning district at 8 Sassacus Road and 84 <br /> Algonquin Avenue (Map 72 Blocks 58A and 58B)Mashpee,MA.
