Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> I I <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 23 and March 30, <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made apart hereof. ! <br /> This Petition has been continued from the April 10 and May 9, 2001 Public I' <br /> Hearings at the request of the engineer to allow the Petitioner an opportunity to receive f <br /> Conservation Commission approval. <br /> i <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G.Nelson, Richard T. Guerrera <br /> and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> C <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands represented the Petition and stated that ! <br /> plans call for construction of an addition and garage to the existing dwelling on the <br /> subject property. Proposed lot coverage would be 39% and construction would encroach <br /> on the setback requirements to water and wetlands.
