Board Members present <br /> were Chairman Edward M. Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert <br /> G.Nelson and Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry, Frederick <br /> R.Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> I <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Dominick B. Tiberio—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a pier,ramp and float on Ockway Bay on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Ockway Bay Road(Map 99 Block 48)Mashpee, <br /> MA. Continued from 4/11/01 Public Hearings to allow for Conservation Commission <br /> approval. <br /> The Board received a fax from Engineer Jack Landers-Cauley on behalf of the Petitioner <br /> requesting a continuance to allow for Conservation Commission approval. The Board ( ;' <br /> voted unanimously to continue the Petition until June 13, 2001. <br /> Per A. &Asa G.
