TOWN OF MASHPEE Minutes—Zoning Board of Appeals Wednesday, May 9, 2001 The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, j May 9, 2001, at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members present were Chairman Edward M. Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G.Nelson and Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry, Frederick R.Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. I CONTINUED HEARINGS Dominick B. Tiberio—Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier,ramp and float on Ockway Bay on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Ockway Bay Road(Map 99 Block 48)Mashpee, MA. Continued from 4/11/01 Public Hearings to allow for Conservation Commission approval. The Board received a fax from Engineer Jack Landers-Cauley on behalf of the Petitioner requesting a continuance to allow for Conservation Commission approval. The Board ( ;' voted unanimously to continue the Petition until June 13, 2001. Per A. &Asa G.
