Owner of <br /> record: Frederick R. & Lois S. Glass. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> f <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 20 and I <br /> April 27, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Frederick R. Borgeson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Jennifer S.D. Roberts represented the Petitioner. <br /> Messrs. Govoni and Borgeson questioned why the Petition was back before the <br /> Board when the Board Denied With Prejudice the Appeal of the Building <br /> Commissioner's Decision at the Public Hearings on March 28, 2001. j <br /> 1 <br /> Attorney Roberts said that this Appeal is to correct a procedural issue.
