Reiffarth <br /> of Medway, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> � I <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure and construct a single-family <br /> home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 422 Monomoscoy Road(Map 124 <br /> Block 48)Mashpee, MA. <br /> ,i <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General j <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> 'i <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 20 and <br /> April 27, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made aparthereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G.Nelson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> submitted photos of the subject property. He stated that the existing dwelling would be <br /> demolished to allow for construction of a new home on the property. An updated septic —_ <br /> system has already been installed on the property. <br /> i <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Reiffarth also attended the meeting and stated that they have owned <br /> the property for 50 years. <br /> The Board of Health has approved the existing septic system and construction of a <br /> ii <br /> three-bedroom home on the subject property. The Conservation Commission has also <br /> approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
