Ms. Elizenberry seconded. All agreed. <br /> Robert I. Webster—Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for K <br /> permission to vary the setback requirements,from water and wetlands to allow for^the <br /> construction of an addition to an existing home on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 409 Monomoscoy Road (Map 124 Block 62) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the Variance granted by the Board in Decision V-00-18 on January 26, 2000 has tl <br /> expired. He stated that there are no changes to the proposal.
