Rothschild SP-01-75 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 14 Pine Avenue and consists of 8,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. the demolition of the existing dwelling and proposed construction of a new <br /> single-family home would be an improvement to the property and to the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> 2. installation of a new septic system would be animprovement to the property <br /> and to the neighborhood. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 12, <br /> 2001 to grant a Special Permit to allow for demolition of the existing dwelling on the <br /> subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled "Single Family Residence, Proposed Sewage <br /> -xr <br /> Y Disposal System Prepared for Phillip Rothschild, Hse. No. 14 Pine Street, Mashpee, <br /> Mass., Plan No. 070601, Date: July 6, 2001". <br /> 5. <br /> �4 <br />
