Mr. Brem moved to accept the Minutes of July 25, <br /> 2001. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> INFORMAL HEARINGS <br /> Bayside Building Inc. —Plans to request relief from the side setback requirements to <br /> allow for construction of homes with two-car attached garages on the 28 proposed lots on <br /> Lowell Road. <br /> Mr. John Bowes addressed the Board and stated he wanted <br /> some direction from the <br /> Board on whether it would be willing to grant relief from the side setback requirements. <br /> He said that his company has built about 40 neighborhoods in the Cape area. <br /> r <br /> Mr. Bowes said that because cost of the proposed homes would run from $350,000 to <br /> $475,000 on the 15,000 square-foot lots, people would expect two-car attached garages. <br /> Mr. Bowes submitted a sketch of some of the proposed constructions and said that it <br /> } would look more attractive from the street not to pack the houses together. <br /> Mr. Brem asked for the proposed lot coverage. Mr. Bowes replied that lot coverage <br /> would range from 14.8%to 17% on each lot. Mr. Borgeson said that he remembered that <br /> the original plans that were submitted to the Board showed proposed one-car garages <br /> with the homes. <br />
