Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 21 and !' <br /> September 28, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. i <br /> The Board received a letter dated October 10, 2001 from Mr. Robert A. Silva, j <br /> builder for the project, requesting a continuance of the above-referenced Petition. The <br /> Board voted unanimously to continue the Petition until November 14, 2001. <br /> � I <br /> III <br /> At the continued Public Hearings held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall i. <br /> on Wednesday, October 10, 2001, the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> The Petitioner has notet filed with the Conservation Commission for approval of <br /> Y Pp <br /> the proposal. The Petitioner did not attend the Public Hearings.
