V-01-103 709 Great Neck Road South <br /> Map 104 Parcel 126 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 18, 2001 by Dream Developers of Cape Cod, f li <br /> Inc. for a Variance from Section 174-26 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the <br /> Growth Management requirements to allow for construction of a single-family home on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 709 Great Neck Road South (Map 104 I <br /> Parcel 126) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, ! j <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 21 and II <br /> September 28, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on October <br /> 10 and October 24, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Marshall A. Brem and <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. !I j <br /> i <br /> At the continued hearings on October 24, 2001, the Petitioner requested Withdrawal <br /> without Prejudice of the above-referenced Petition. <br /> The Board voted unanimously to accept the request for Withdrawal Without II <br /> Prejudice of the Petition for a Variance, V-01-103. <br /> i j II <br /> 'i <br />
