Continued from October 24, <br /> 2001 Public Hearings to allow for Conservation Commission approval. <br /> F <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> 1! I <br /> Ms. Eliza Cox of Nutter, McClennen& Fish represented the Petitioner and referred to the <br /> revised plan dated 12/11/01, which the Conservation Commission approved. The ! I <br /> proposal will not exceed the 70-foot total length limit. The existing ramp will be 4' <br /> removed and re-vegetated with plantings. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the 1 <br /> pp e p an and issued an Order of Conditions. <br /> The Shellfish Constable has also approved the proposal. <br /> j. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Nelson asked if there is an existing home on the subject property. Ms. Cox said that !j <br /> a dwelling is currently under construction on the property. Ms. Cox also mentioned that <br /> the proposal would be a shared facility with one of the abutters. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. :f <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1 —house currently <br /> under construction, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Mr. Brem seconded. All agreed. <br /> II <br /> Richard M. & Ann M Sargent, Jr —Request a Variance from Section 174=33 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the setback requirements to water and wetlands to <br /> allow for addition of a bedroom and garage to an existing dwelling on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 25 Taffrail Way (Map 112 Parcel 34) Mashpee, MA. Continued <br /> from November 14, 2001 Public Hearings to allow for Conservation Commission 1�t <br /> approval. <br /> The Board received a fax from Cape & Islands Engineering requesting a second <br /> continuance of the Petition to allow for Conservation Commission approval. Mr. David <br /> Sanicki signed a request for an extension/continuance for the Board to hear/render a <br /> Decision on the Petition. Mr. Borgeson moved to continue the Petition until January 23, <br /> 2002. Mr. Brem seconded. All agreed.
