Board of Appeals Mashpee Commons Ltd. Partnership 3 <br /> SP-99-14 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Board of Appeals found that the applicant met <br /> the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Pursuant to Condition No. 5 <br /> contained in SP-86-04-024 upon motion duly made and seconded,the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on February 10, 1999 to grant the Special Permit as a Modification of <br /> the Special Permit (SP-86-04-024), dated June 11, 1986, with the following conditions: <br /> I. the Board adopts as of today, February 10, 1999, an updated table of building <br /> numbers, square footage figures and residential units. <br /> 2. the Board adopts as of today, February 10, 1999, a map showing the general <br /> location of the buildings and other improvements as shown on the plan dated <br /> January 8, 1999, entitled Mashpee Commons Master Plan Special Permit, drawn <br /> by Imai/Keller, Inc. Architects. <br /> 3. the addition to the Special Permit of the new table and map submitted to the <br /> Board at this meeting. <br /> 4. the applicant will submit two stamped, signed sets of the plans and the new table <br /> signed and stamped by Imai/Keller, Inc. Architects. <br />
