Dorgan <br />This Decision has been duly filed on March 16, 1999 <br />with the Town Clerk of Mashpee. Any appeal shall be made <br />pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter <br />40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. <br />This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at <br />the Registry of Deeds.
