MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 9,2022 <br /> Mr. Furbush read an email letter submitted by an abutter into the record dated Thursday, <br /> January 27, 2022 from Peg Ferreira. <br /> Sitting on this hearing are Ms. Sangeleer, Mr. Blaisdell,Mr. Gould, Mr. Reidy, and Mr. <br /> Furbush. Ms. Sangeleer read a letter dated February 3, 2022 submitted by Mark Culhane. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion to accept the petitioner's request for continuance until February <br /> 23, 2022. Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Reidy, yes, and Mr. Furbush, <br /> yes. All were in favor to accept the continuance. <br /> 54 Ba rberi Dr.: Petitioner, Mark Culhane requests a Variance from the front and side <br /> yard setbacks under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension to <br /> an existing three bedroom dwelling on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 23 <br /> Parcel 202, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Thora J. Christo). (*Applicant requests a <br /> continuance until the February 23, 2022 hearings). <br /> 54 Ba yberr µ Dr.: Petitioner, Mark Culhane requests a Written Finding under §174-17 of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension to a pre-existing, non-conforming <br /> structure on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 23 Parcel 202, Mashpee,MA. <br /> (Owner of Record: Thora J. Christo). (*Applicant requests a continuance until the <br /> February 23, 2022 hearings). <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion to accept the petitioner's request for continuance until February <br /> 23, 2022.
