Board of Appeals Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership SP -99-49 <br />In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Board of Appeals found that the applicant <br />met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made <br />and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on June 9, 1999 to grant a <br />Special Permit for the following: <br />the construction of Building 15 to be comprised of 17,600 square feet on two <br />floors. <br />Building 24 will be comprised of 10,000 square feet on one floor. <br />The permit is granted with the following conditions: <br />1. the Board adopts as of today, June 9, 1999, an updated table of existing <br />buildings, their parking needs and available parking on site which exceeds <br />demand. <br />2. The Board adopts as of today, June 9, 1999, a map showing the location of <br />Buildings 15 and 24 and other improvements as shown on the plan entitled <br />Mashpee Commons Master Plan Special Permit, dated June 9, 1999, drawn by <br />Imai/Keller, Inc. Architects. <br />
