Town of Mashpee <br />Nt ^ <br />•� BOARD OF APPEALS 16 Great Ack �koad Xorth <br />�y <br />Washpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />Decision for a Minor Modification of a Variance <br />RE: Charles Wilson V-98-95 <br />87 Uncle Edwards Road <br />Map 117 Block 211 <br />A Petition was filed on June 6, 1998 by Charles Wilson of Sharon, Massachusetts <br />for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot <br />coverage requirements to allow 26% lot coverage on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 87 Uncle Edward's Road (Map 117, Block 211) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br />record: Helen R. Alish.) <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br />Wednesday, August 12, 1998. The applicant submitted revised plans reducing the lot <br />coverage from 26% to 22% by eliminating the farmer's porch. Upon motion duly made <br />and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant a Variance. <br />On May 25, 1999, the Board of Appeals received a request from the applicant for <br />a minor modification of the Variance (V-98-95). The applicant is seeking permission to <br />eliminate the proposed deck and replace it with a farmer's porch.
