The proposal is <br /> to remove the existing structure and replace it with a modern single-family f g amily home. Anew <br /> .1 <br /> enitrif cation septic system will be installed. Mr. Pesce stated that <br /> the proposal would *. <br /> be an improvement to the neighborhood. <br /> Mr. Pesce said he engineered the location of the ro <br /> p posed dwelling to provide a suitable <br /> setback from the street in order to match the abuttingparcels and also to <br /> p allow room for <br /> the septic system to be installed in the front of the yard.
