Mr. Fudala stated that ab andonment of an <br /> approved street by the Planning Board would be a function of the Planning Board and not <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo stated that the subject street does not necessaril <br /> y have to be abandoned <br /> because construction of the street does not have to proceed. • 4=. p The Planning Board <br /> approved Shoestring Bay Road. Mr. Ferragamo said that the questi <br /> on ion could be <br /> researched. He suggested on focusing on environmental issues abutter issues and other <br /> i �. <br /> pertinent issues.
