TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Minutes--Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Wednesday, October 13, 1999 ; <br /> I_ <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, October 13, 1999, at <br /> 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members present were Chairman Edward M. <br /> Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Board Member Robert G.Nelson and Associate <br /> Member Zella E. Elizenberry. Building Commissioner William F.Hauck and Building <br /> Inspector Russell W. wheeler were in attendance. Marshall Brem and Frederick R. Borgeson, #43 <br /> :; <br /> Associate member candidates, also attended the meeting. Richard T. Guerrera was absent. ' <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that he was going to take several petitions out of order to make a motion to <br /> *4 <br /> continue them at a later date. This will enable the applicants to receive Conservation <br /> Commission approval. He said that the Zoning Board must receive approval from thedill <br /> ;. <br /> Conservation Commission concerning and Variances or Special Permits that come under =gip <br /> Conservation Commission jurisdiction. The following hearings are scheduled to appear before <br /> the Conservation Co <br /> mmission on October 21 1999: ' `` <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Stephen G. and Rona Miller—Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By--laws <br /> for permission to v the front setback sideline setback and lot coverage requirements to allow <br /> p �`y s g q <br /> for construction of an attached two-car garage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 22 Squaws Lane (Map 117 Block 84)Mashpee, of record: Richard W.
