McCormack of Naples, <br /> Florida for a Variance from Sections 174-31, 174-33 and 174-85 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for r � <br /> permission to vary the following: the sideline and rear setback requirements, <br /> q ements,the setback '�{ <br /> requirements from the wetlands and the setback requirements from the e ACEC to allow for <br /> additions to property located in an R--3 zoning district at 77 Tide Rung° <br /> (Map 120 Block 190) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimous) on k . <br /> Y <br /> July 14, 1999 to grant the following: <br /> 1. a variance of 5 feet from the sideline setback on the easterly side si E 4f y <br /> of the lot. :K� <br /> Z. a variance of 10.5 feet from the rear setback on the northerly side. <br /> 3. a variance of 39.5 feet from the wetlands. <br /> 4. a variance of 25 feet from the ACEC on the northerly side. <br /> On September 30, 1999, the Board received a request from the applicant for `y. q pp a Minor <br /> Modification of the above-referenced Variance V-99-46. <br /> A; <br /> V <br /> On October 13, 1999, Mr. Chris King of the Phoenix Grouprepresented 'p the applicants. The <br /> Minor Modification will include expanding the livingarea enclosing g part of the porch and <br /> enclosing the area between the house and the <br /> garage. <br /> Mr. Govoni questioned if the lot coverage will increase. Mr. Kin stated `g that it will increase, � <br /> but will be under the allowable 30% for a cluster subdivision. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that too man requests for Modifications • <br /> Y q . . to Variances or Special Permits are <br /> being sought within a few days of filing the decisions with the Town Clerk <br /> .
