Mashpee Zoning Minutes—October 13, 1999 8 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Merry Meadow Enterprises--Requests a Minor Modification to Variance V_98_23. <br /> A Petition was filed on February 17, 1998 Me Meadow eadow Enterprises Inc. for a Variance <br /> from Section 174-31 of the zoning By-laws for permission <br /> p ssion to vary the lot size and frontage <br /> requirements on property located in a C-2 zoning district g rict at 22 Falmouth Road(Map 55 <br /> Block 8)Mashpee, MA. � <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning of Appeals voted unanimously on <br /> March 25, 1998 to grant a variance of 12 feet to allow <br /> for a sideline variance of 8 feet on the <br /> Northeast side. The Variance is conditioned upon cam1117997 <br /> P compliance with Plan by & <br /> Islands Engineering. <br /> On October 13, 1999, Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. filed <br /> ed a Petition for a Minor ' <br /> to the above-referenced Variance. <br /> 1A, <br /> On October 13, 1999, Mr. Govoni moved to grant the <br /> Minor Modification to the Variance <br /> V-98-23. The Minor Modification encompasses the a <br /> p following revisions <br /> 1. extend left side of building(cooler) four feetbuilding.
