All agreed. ; <br /> ' 4 <br /> On November 1 O, 1999, Mr. Bornstein represented <br /> p d his applications for signage and stated <br /> that he has taken ownership of the former Au at building ii g on Route 28. The sign will {� <br /> display the words Mashpee Commerce Center". <br /> Mr. Bornstein stated that the Design <br /> Review Committee has made suggestions on revising '• g g the sign. The proposed sign will be <br /> 39 square feet. The sign will consist of blue letteringw' •with a creamy-white background. <br /> Mr. Bornstein said that there are no changes • <br /> proposed g in the parking area. : <br /> Mr. Hauck stated that the Design Review Committee i requiring s requiring that the sign be <br /> installed at a minimum of 10 feet from the right-of-way <br /> gh y from the property line. Ms. Ellzenberry <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. N <br /> elson moved to grant a Special Permit for the erection of the signage with <br /> the , <br /> following provisions: <br /> 1■ that Mr. Bornstein set two stakes in the ground on the subject: � site, <br /> representing the base of the sign. <br /> 2. that the location of the stakes is to be approved by the Buildin Commiss g i aner <br /> prior to the erection of the sign. td <br /> 3. that after the erection of the sign and a permanent site re is plan prepared, the p p p „ <br /> sign shall be included upon said site plan. <br />
