Regan III Robert G.Nels <br /> on son and Marshall Brem. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering p represented the applicant and stated <br /> that there are currently many existinghomes on Horseshoe Bend Way, an unpaved road. <br /> He also said that the Conservation Commission has <br /> approved the project. Mr. Slavinsky stated that he does not believe they would have a problem, <br /> Mr. Hauck stated that the "Way" is listed in the Z �; <br /> Y � Zoning Book as a"way", it is not <br /> described as a laid-out road. Mr. Slavinsky said that none of the homesU 'have frontage on ;. <br /> the "Way" and that it is used to access the water. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> . Brem moved to grant the Variance to allow for construction of a home on an <br /> unpaved road. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> William J.
