He <br /> reminded the Board that i the neighbors were not in favor of two drive-throw windows. 1 <br /> After the elimination of one of the windows,he said there is really " <br /> no need for side <br /> entrances and is seeking permission to eliminate the side entrances. <br /> Mr. Grotzke said handicapped parking and access areproposed.p g He also stated that a <br /> permanent evergreen hedge and a 7-foot high fence will be installed. <br /> . Chris Shute, an abutter, attended the meetingand reviewed the plans. <br /> Mr. Hauck said that he will issue a buildingpermit - <br /> p under the original building plan. The <br /> applicant will have to receive approval from the Board for an modification to the <br /> original S Y "Special Permit at the December 8, 1999 hearings. <br /> g <br /> Mr. Berish stated that each bank has its owns special drive-throw ; <br /> p drive-through window design. He <br /> said that he will submit a window design plan to the Board for approval a 'pp after he receives <br /> it from the bank. <br /> Mr. Shute questioned the reason for the removal of all 'the vegetation on the subject lot. <br /> Mr. Berish assured him that the he did not encroach on the buffer zone as show <br /> n on the <br /> landscape plan. He said that the trees had to be cleared for a future bik <br /> e path. Mr. Berish <br /> 1. <br /> also said that trees will be replanted after the installation of the septic stem and dr <br /> ains. <br /> p y ns■ <br /> Mr. Hauck informed the Board that a natural slope with vegetation getation is preferred over the <br /> installation of MDC drains for the elimination of nitrogen. <br /> F <br /> Mr. Berish estimates completion of the project by April. a;l; <br /> Mr. Regan suggested that Mr. Berish submit tentative plans at the December 8, 1999 <br /> hearings for the design and placement of a drive-through window. Mr. Grotzke s aid that I,, <br /> his client could submit two alternatives. One alternative would compose of a conceptual <br /> p .. � <br /> drive-through window and the other alternative would address a regular window.
