The Board also anted a Variance • <br /> granted ance to allow the applicants <br /> to construct a new home on an unpaved road. One of the conditions of their <br /> Variance a,i;M . <br /> required the installation of an NFPA 13--D sprinkler er system inside ' <br /> p y the residence. <br /> Mrs. Hessler represented her request for a modification of the Variance. She informed <br /> the Board that installing a sprinkler system inside the home wo <br /> uld cost over$10,9000. <br /> Mrs. Hessler also said that the system does not appeal to her 'pp from an aesthetic point of .., <br /> view and is seeking an alternative from the B <br /> oard. <br /> Mr. Regan questioned the distance from the paved road to the d j <br /> p welling. Mrs. Hessler <br /> stated that is approximately 20 feet from the driveway. The driveway ' <br /> Y y will be widened to <br /> 16 feet. - <br /> Mr. Sanicki from Cape & Islands Engineering reminded the Board that the Variance vas �s;;4.4' " <br /> also conditioned upon making improvements to the road.
