Costa V-99-99 293 South Sandwich Road <br /> Map 16 Block 92 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 29, 1999 by Robert L. Costa of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the front setback requirements to allow for addition of a farmer's porch to an <br /> existing home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 293 South Sandwich Road <br /> (Map 16 Block 92)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Robert L. and Marylou Costa). <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on October 27, 1999 to grant a Variance of seven(7) feet on the northeasterly corner of <br /> the subject lot. The permit is conditioned upon submission of a professionally engineered <br /> plan showing the Variance relief being sought and the exact location of the shed on the <br /> subject property. <br /> At the Public Hearings on November 10, 1999, Mr. Costa submitted a revised <br /> plan. He stated that he is now seeking Variance relief of seventeen (17) feet on the <br /> northeasterly comer of the subject lot. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on November 10, 1999 to grant the Variance of 17 feet. <br /> INFAVOR: <br /> James E.
