� Town. of Mashpee <br /> y MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 16 great deck Xoad worth <br /> 4ee TABU�y Decision for a Variance Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> RE: Stephen G. & Rona Miller V-99-84 22 Squaws Lane <br /> Map 117 Block 84 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 31, 1999 by Stephen G. and Rona Miller <br /> of Needham, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the front and sideline setback requirements to allow <br /> for construction of an attached two-car garage on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 22 Squaws Lane (Map 117 Block 84)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Richard W. Rhuda and Muriel E. Decker). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 3 and <br /> September 10, 1999. <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals received a letter on September 14, 1999 from <br /> Taylor Design Associates, Inc. on behalf of the applicants. A request was made for a <br /> continuance of the applicants' hearing until October 13, 1999 to allow for the advertising <br /> for a Variance from the lot coverage requirements. On September 22, 1999 the Board <br /> voted to continue the hearing until October 13, 1999. <br /> Notice was again duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 24 and <br /> October 1, 1999, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof The notice <br /> appeared as follows: <br /> Stephen G. and Rona Miller—Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the front setback, sideline setback and lot coverage <br /> requirements to allow for construction of an attached two-car garage on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 22 Squaws Lane (Map 117 Block 84) Mashpee, MA. (Owner <br /> of record: Richard W. Rhuda and Muriel E. Decker). <br /> On October 13, 1999, the applicants requested a continuance of the hearing until <br /> November 17, 1999 to allow for Conservation approval. The Board voted to continue <br /> the petition until November 17, 1999. <br /> The Board received a letter dated November 9, 1999 from Norman W. Hayes, <br /> FES, on behalf of the applicants requesting a continuance of the hearing until December <br /> 8, 1999. The applicants are scheduled to appear before the Conservation Commission on <br /> November 18, 1999. <br />
