r C <br /> IL ADDENDUM A <br /> After further remarks in explanation of this application: <br /> Applicant was issued a special permit SP 84-04-024, filed with the Town Clerk on July <br /> 10, 1986. The Special Permit granted the applicant the right, with certain conditions, to <br /> operate and build a retail/office/restaurant and residential complex. <br /> Since that date, applicant (formerly known as Fields Point Corporation and now known <br /> as Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership) has been operating under and in <br /> conformance with the Special Permit, as well as subsequent minor revisions to the special <br /> permit, most recently referenced by SP-99-49. Applicant requests to make minor <br /> revisions to Building 15, previously approved under SP-99-44, such minor revisions to <br /> include 3,820 square feet in a single story addition to the north side of the building, as <br /> provided for under Condition Number 5 of SP-86-04-024. Such minor changes are <br /> permitted under the C-I zone of the Zoning Ordinance, are consistent with applicable <br /> law, rules and regulations, are in general conformance with the existing Special Permit, <br /> will not increase the intensity of use of the site and will result in a more aesthetically <br /> pleasing plan. As per Condition Numbers I and 5 of SP-986-04-024, and as provided for <br /> under SP 99-14 and SP-99-49, applicant is requesting that such minor revision to <br /> Building 15 be approved by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals whereby Building 15 <br /> will comprise a total of 21,820 square feet. <br />
