The Bulgers appeared before the Conservation <br /> tloll Commission with . <br /> a proposal for their home to be built 35 feet from the wetlands and 15 feet from the street. <br /> The Conservation Commission did not approve the proposal and <br /> pp p p stated that the noise <br /> from the cantilevered deck w <br /> proposed ould have an adverse Impact on the wildlife. Mr. _ <br /> Slavinsky pointed out that the Popponesset Marketplace, golf course the� � g Raw Bar, <br /> condominiums and other businesses are also situated in that area. The Cons <br /> ervation <br /> ervation + <br /> Commission requested that the house be relocated closer to the street to <br /> avoid adverse <br /> impact on the wildlife.
