He stated that the Bul ers purchased the <br /> g p subject lot In July 1999. <br /> The applicants received initial approval from the Conservation << <br /> Commission. Mr. �►� <br /> Slavinsky informed the Board that the distance from the stre <br /> et line to the wetlands is 80 <br /> feet,the setback from the street line is 25 feet and the setbac <br /> k from the wetlands is So <br /> feet; which translates into 5 feet from the wetlands and a ro `p blem for the Bulgers. <br /> The Conservation Commission required the Bul ers to hire q g a professional botanist to <br /> delineate the wetlands. The Bulgers appeared before the Conservation <br /> tloll Commission with . <br /> a proposal for their home to be built 35 feet from the wetlands and 15 feet from the street. <br /> The Conservation Commission did not approve the proposal and <br /> pp p p stated that the noise <br /> from the cantilevered deck w <br /> proposed ould have an adverse Impact on the wildlife. Mr. _ <br /> Slavinsky pointed out that the Popponesset Marketplace, golf course the� � g Raw Bar, <br /> condominiums and other businesses are also situated in that area. The Cons <br /> ervation <br /> ervation + <br /> Commission requested that the house be relocated closer to the street to <br /> avoid adverse <br /> impact on the wildlife. Proposed lot coverage would be 21/. <br /> The Board of Health has required the installation super- <br /> fast,txon of a super fast, ultra-violet light system. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to ant a Variance grant an a of the following: �. <br /> :I <br /> i <br /> • 1% from the lot coverage requirements. <br /> • 12 feet from water and wetlands. <br /> j! <br /> • 13 feet from the front setback requirements.
