Mr. Storrs said that <br /> the Design Review Committee has requested additional 1 <br /> q landscaping to be done. <br /> Mr. Regan read letters from the Police Department,the Fire Department and the Planning <br /> Board expressing approval of the project. ' �• p p Greg Taylor, Director, DPW,recommended <br /> the installation of a right-hand turn lane on North Market Street. <br /> Mr. Storrs said that extensive market research was carried out by traffic engineers,the <br /> Cape Cod Commission,the state and the PlanningBoard.and ' ' <br /> �t was determined that the <br /> installation of a dedicated right-hand turn on the east-bound side is not necessary. <br /> . : .j <br /> Mr. Storrs indicated that after the holiday season foundation e• � p rmlts would be pulled on <br /> four buildings and renovations would begun on another building.
