Fritschi -Request a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174- <br /> 20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing cottage and construct a <br /> new single family home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 170 Pimlico Pond <br /> Road (Map 2, Block 3)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sprint Spectrum L.P. -Requests a Modification to the Special Permit application SP-97- <br /> 70 to change the applicant from Sprint Spectrum L.P. to Mashpee Industrial Park Trust, <br /> Paul DeRuyter, Trustee and Sprint Spectrum L.P. The application requests a Special <br /> Permit under Sections 174-25.B.6, 174-25.D.5 and 174-25.H.6 for a 250 foot high self- <br /> supporting telecommunications transmission tower and a 40 foot by 50 foot equipment <br /> building on property located in an I-1 zoning district at 154 Industrial Drive (Map 88, <br /> Block 31)Mashpee, MA.
