Town of Mashpee <br /> h.s'"" �,•sy <br /> 3 <br /> 16 Great JVeck 4-oad North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Hans and Joan Fritschi - SP-98-4 170 Pimlico Pond Road <br /> Map 2 Block 3 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 10, 1997 by Hans and Joan Fritschi of Norfolk, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to demolish an existing cottage and construct a new single family <br /> home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 170 Pimlico Pond Road (Map 2, <br /> Block 3)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 26 and January 2, 1998, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 14, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver and <br /> Richard T. Guerrera, <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Robert Padgett, Builder, represented the applicant and presented plans for the <br /> removal of a cottage and construction of a new single-family dwelling. No comments <br /> were received from abutters. <br />
