Tanzer -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-20 and 174-33 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish an existing cottage and replace it with a new home on property <br /> located in an R-5 zoning district at 69 Pickerel Cove Circle (Map 14, Block 12). <br /> ✓r/John Costa- Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the front and side line setback requirements and the setback from the wetlands. The <br /> applicant proposes to construct a single family home with a front setback of 23.2 feet from Waterline <br /> Drive South, a side line setback of 9 feet on the North side and a setback of 35 feet from the edge of the <br /> wetlands.
