Tanzer - SP-98-10 69 Pickerel Cove Circle <br /> Map 14, Block 12 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 16, 1997 by Lois B. Tanzer of West Hartford, <br /> Connecticut for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-20, and 174-33 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing cottage and replace it with a new <br /> home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 69 Pickerel Cove Circle(Map 14, <br /> Block 12.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 9, 1998 and January 16, 1998, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 28, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and <br /> James M. Dorgan, <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws, <br /> Thomas Bunker of BSS Design represented the applicant and reviewed plans for <br /> the replacement of a cottage. He informed the Board that Conservation has approved the <br /> project. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br />
