The Variance <br /> was denied without prejudice, <br /> For the foregoing reason, the Board determined that the applicant did not meet the <br /> criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 13, 1998 to deny the <br /> application without prejudice. <br />
