Town qfMashpee <br /> 16 Great Xeck Voad Arth <br /> his BOARD OF APPEALS Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Bert E. and Margaret McConnell - SP�98-70 7 Harbor Ridge Drive <br /> Map 104 Block 122 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 27, 1998 by Bert E. and Margaret McConnell of <br /> Arlington,Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to construct a pier, float and walkway on Ockway Bay on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 7 Harbor Ridge Drive(Map 104, Block 122)Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 24 and May 1, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 13, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Cheryl <br /> A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By4aws. <br /> Engineer Norman Hayes represented the applicants and informed the Board that <br /> the dock will not conform with the 70 foot length limit and has received a Variance. The <br /> proposal has been reviewed by the Conservation Commission, Shellfish Warden and <br /> Harbormaster. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
