V-98-73 35 Pondview Ave. <br /> Map 58 Block 75 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 9, 1998 by John and Mary H. Pellegrini of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the lot size and frontage requirements on property located in an R-5 zoning district <br /> at 35 Pondview Ave. (Map 58, Block 75) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duty given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 8 and May 15, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 27, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and James E. Regan IH. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Pellegrini represented his application and informed the Board that he had <br /> purchased the lot in 1972 and that it had been maintained as a separate and buildable lot <br /> since then and was subject to water betterments. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br />
