Board of Appeals Brickyard Marketplace Nominee Trust SP-98-83 2 <br /> Avenue. Mr. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner, submitted a memo suggesting the removal <br /> of 18 additional parking spaces. <br /> The Board and abutters made recommendations regarding lighting, berm <br /> installation, landscaping, fence specifications and road improvements. <br /> The Board moved to continue the application until the September 23, 1998 <br /> meeting. Mr. Grotzke was advised to submit revised plans for approval from the Design <br /> Review Committee. <br /> At the continued hearing on September 23, 1998,the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E, Regan 111, James M. <br /> Dorgan and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> . Mr, Michael Grotzke of The Phoenix Group represented the applicant with <br /> revised plans that will be submitted for approval from the Design Review Committee on <br /> October 14, 1998. He stated that requests brought up at the August 12, 1998 Board of <br /> Appeals meeting have been included in the revised plans. He informed the Board that the <br /> Police Chief stated that the abutters must petition the Board of Selectmen for"no parking <br /> signs"to be installed. <br /> Mr. Nelson informed Mr, Grotzke that the submitted site plan is incorrect <br /> according to Land Court Plan 113 80N, dated October 12, 1967. <br /> Comments from abutters included satisfaction with the changes. The applicants, <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Berish, expressed concern that repaving the entire length of the private <br /> roads will put an undue and unfair burden on them. <br /> Mr. Regan asked the applicants to submit an estimate for landscaping costs. He <br /> also stated that Greg Taylor, Director, DPW, would require a plan for improving the <br /> roads and providing for adequate drainage. The Board moved to continue the application <br /> until October 14, 1998. <br /> At the Plublic Hearing on October 14, 1998, Mr. James M. Dorgan was absent. <br /> The Board moved to continue the application until the October 28,1998 meeting. <br /> At the continued hearing on October 28, 1998,the following members of the <br /> Board were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan IH, James M. Dorgan and <br /> Robert G. Nelson. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of The Phoenix Group submitted a coffected site plan along <br /> with landscape revisions. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
